    Whole family was sick all weekend. I had/have the most mild symptoms but sleep has been crap and not feeling 100%. Trying to train through it the best I can.

    Another night of 3-4 hours sleep, youngest was real sick and barely slept. Not feeling great myself, but what are you gonna do, not train?

    Did this session at night with sleeping kids above the garage so I had to put the bar down gently. Thought I had a lot of factors working against me for this session but I felt great, and the reps flew!

    2.5 miles, hard 30's were ~65 RPM, resting intervals were ~40 RPM. Toning down my cardio because my legs are always dead; doing these rounds just to get a little burn going rather than crushing myself for 20 minute or 6 mile PR's.
