    Ambw = 192.4

    Airdyne
    6 X 20:140
    So I've kind of rethought these - instead of thinking hit the max effort you can hit, it was more like the max effort you can actually sustain for 20 seconds. As a result, I went up to 6 sprints, all maintained between 87-91 rpm. It would have been 88-91 if it weren't for the last 3 seconds of the last sprint. It took a 5+ min cool down to get my heart rate under 100.

    Few hours later...

    Pretty easy...I feel like I could actually push these if I did them on non lifting days but I doubt that's optimal for recovery over the long run.

    AMBW = 190.0

    Press (I)

    Hadnt filmed my press in a while and I wanted to see what it looked like. Form check? I know the bar got out in front a little a couple times which I can feel right when it happens. Last 3 sets had a 5th rep grinder. Really can't complain about anything being hard with the lack of carbs I'm eating right now.

    Bench
    135x2x10, x9
    29th all out grinder. Didn't think I'd have much trouble increasing reps on these, but it's not happening at all. Will probably just start my bench LP nice and light a week or 2 before the rest of the lifts.

    Left 1 in the tank on first set, last 2 sets were max. Felt pretty good on these today.

    AMBW = 190.4

    Squat
    195x2x5
    Sweet, I was able to squat. This is right where I wanted it - some work but nothing too difficult. Held it at 2 sets to minimize DOMS due to not squatting for 2 weeks. Not sure what the plan is for the next month until I start my LP. I'll probably just try to hit some heavy (for me) triples with back offs.

    AMBW = 189.8 - definitely not a brag, but first time under 190 probably since my wedding 4 years ago. Need to get bigger and stronger this summer

    Airdyne
    6 X 20:140
    Best session so far by far. Don't feel like I'm on my deathbed after getting off the airdyne anymore. Other than the first which I always find the hardest to crank up high, I never let the RPM's get under 90, hitting as high as 92-93 on most. Recovery RPM's I do in the upper 30's. Would have added a 7th, but I was starving and had a headache having not eaten since 8:30am and spending the morning on the boardwalk with my son checking out cruiser's weekend. Lots of sweet cars. Definitely plan on doing a very strong 7 sprints on Monday.

    congrats on the body weight...but can't wait to read this log 30lbs from now haha. Congrats on the progress with the airdyne as well! Should transition well when/if you add it in with your L/P 5.0 program

    AMBW = 190.2 - ate some carbs last night and lots today

    Press (I)
    +1 112.5x4x1, x3
    Hmmm. Reps were feeling hard but no grinders then the 4th was easy enough where I decided I'd try for a double. Turned into a triple. Only difference I can think of is no basketball this week = additional recoveries. Probably try for 114 for 3 doubles next week.

    Bench
    135x2x10, x9 xF
    Ran out of steam for 30th...even tried to wiggle it up and couldn't.

    No time for chins so I'll get them tomorrow or Monday.

    190.0 lb

    Squat
    +5 200x3x5
    Hard but no real grinders, later reps definitely slowed down some. Have to keep my knees out the whole ascent. Plan is to keep Thursday's squat at 195 for the next 3 weeks but try to increase Sunday by 5 lbs to get myself to my starting LP weight.

    Deadlift
    +5 310x3x1, 250x5
    Singles were fucking hard so I thought better of killing myself with 5 and did an easy (except for grip giving out preventing a full lockout on 5th rep) back off for some volume.

    Pretty short rest, felt strong, like I could do 10 reps on the first set.

    190.8 - cheated last night with ice cream and pizza

    Airdyne
    7 X 20:140
    Damn this is a quick adaptation. Still can't get that first sprint over 90, but the next 5 were strong as hell (93-95), and the 7th finally lost some steam for the last 6-7 seconds.

    30 reps not a PR but maybe after deadlifting.

    I'm thinking I'll start the LP Weds. June 15th. My wife's school year doesn't end til the 17th but given my work schedule my last night of super minimal sleep should be Tuesday the 14th.
