    Woke up with a little left hamstring tightness (10 year old injury) on Monday; didn't effect bench yesterday but I was a little worried about pulls today.

    Cycle 8 - week 22 of current KSC Powerbuilding run

    First set moved really well, next 2 sets quite challenging. Rested 5-6 minutes between sets. Happy to make all 3 sets (8 rep PR also) on my first try after 197.5 took 3 tries.

    1st set moved well, rested about 5m and 2nd set was harder, rested 6-7m and 3rd set was really tiring. Rested 10m before the 4th set and it moved ok but almost blacked out after.
