Completely forgot how to press. Groove felt so off and I actually failed my last warmup rep @155 once before making it on the 2nd try. Failed my workset weight 4 times before making a rep. Failed again before making the 2nd single. Failed twice again before making the 3rd single. Made #4 & #5 (grinds) then failed an attempt at a 6th single (was gassed). For reference, my last intensity session before my deload week was 165 for 2 doubles and 2 singles, and I did 157.5 for 3 smooth triples.

For some reason I keep using my low back to lift heavy squats. Left lumbar was hurting pretty bad after the 2nd set; 1st rep on the 3rd set was hard and I didn't even budge the 2nd rep out of the hole.

Really surprised I failed the last set. First set flew...only rested like 4m and 2nd set was @9.5. Rested 7-8m and thought I had the last set in the bag, probably took too long between a few reps, 7th rep moved ok, 8th rep I got halfway up and just couldn't budge it from there.

Missed dips the last few weeks and felt it. Have to work these back up because the last time I dipped was 7,7,7 at this weight.
