Went up +5 from last cycle's intensity despite failing the 6th rep. Well, I did it again although I did come closer (halfway) to finishing the rep. First set was hard but moved ok, 2nd set was a grind. I probably need to move to top set + backoffs.

Was down and out all last week with Covid and didn't touch a weight. Still pretty tired and weak but gonna see what I can get done training wise this week...plan is to do as much of my worksets as possible and skip backoff work so I don't beat myself down too much.

First set went surprisingly well making all my planned reps. 2nd set was moving fine and I just hit a wall for the last rep and had 0 strength or energy to grind through it. Racked the last set after the 6th rep was pretty hard.

Had some random right elbow pain flare up as soon as I started squat warm-ups. Tried to work through it but ended up putting the 3rd rep on the safeties because of it.

Definitely feeling better health wise from the 'rona...looking forward to getting back into training, rough 2 weeks. Spent way too much time in the sun yesterday and got burnt to a crisp!
Forgot to weigh in the morning but I think I'm down about 5 lb the last couple weeks.

Missed squat session (3 weeks straight) last Friday. Got pretty sick again yesterday, not having a good time recently. Weighed in this morning 226.6 lb feeling tired and weak.
