Left shoulder STILL hurting (longer than expected). 3rd time doing press volume in place of bench/cgbp/lte. I think I'm going to focus on press for a bit so even when the shoulder is good enough to bench I'll keep the press volume on Monday's and add in some kind of bench/cgbp back-off work.
