Really happy with this session considering I pushed it a day early (normally have a rest day after deadlifts) since I can't lift this Friday, and I'm also not feeling quite 100%.

Lower back was so fried I couldn't even physically lean over enough to get in position. Failed the first rep in the hole...low back was so toast I probably couldn't have done a paused squat for a million bucks
