Lower back absolutely fried from heavy deadlifts...makes a big difference trying to squat 2 days after pulls as opposed to my normal 3

Lower back was so fried I couldn't even physically lean over enough to get in position. Failed the first rep in the hole...low back was so toast I probably couldn't have done a paused squat for a million bucks
