@9.5. Tried 315 for a 2nd set and strained my left groin at the bottom of the first rep. In a decent amount of pain now but hopefully my body responds well. This is an injury I've had a couple times that has lingered for 6-12 months in the past so I hope it isn't that bad this time around.
Skipped paused squats due to groin strain
