    starting strength coach development program
    Missed my last couple sessions last week after slicing my finger open and needing it glued/casted for 5 days. Getting back to it with lower body stuff today; should be ready to grip the bar well enough by Thurs for upper body.

    Not sure if these felt super hard because it was my first time doing them or because I could only grip the bar with 3 fingers (plus straps) on my right hand. Expected these to be quite a bit easier than DL's
