Fast. Finally felt like a medium squat. Easiest squat session for sure since starting this program a month ago. I'm confident that my theory that I was grinding too much and under recovered is correct.
Deadlift
+5, +5 370x1, 300x5
Felt very heavy and grindy. In reality, prob moved about the same speed as 365 last week. Backoff was not nearly as difficult as single. Looking way ahead here, but damn it would be awesome if I could run my single high enough to where I set a 5rm (currently 320) with a backoff set.
