Made the reps, but was surprised that both sets were @10, given this ties my 3rm that I did 5 lb lighter bw, and how solid 197.5 was. Oh well, move on up and hope 202.5 goes smoother.

Ties my 5rm! Son is sick, so after how bench felt I figured I might be getting sick too, but press was rock solid. First 3 sets were @9 - @9.5's...last 2 sets were @10 though, hard grinds. 5-6m rest periods.

Knees came in a little on 5th rep, so I'm not sure whether to go up or repeat this workout. Form held together for backoffs but they were also crushing.

All PR's now overhead. All reps were solid form/bar speed - @9.5's. Actual weight on the bar was 139.7 so I'd def be good for 140 in a meet which is cool for me. Didn't know if I'd ever get here. I really, really want to run singles up to 150.

Last rep of 4th set required a little body English. First set was cut short of failure by 1-2 reps. 5m rests. Chuck fin-ups. So tired by the time I get to these.

@8.5's. Just barely held my form together. Chalking up Tuesday to a bad day and trying to move my squat weights up despite knee cave on 5th rep.
Deadlift
370xF, 360x1, 275x5, 235x5 (beltless and doh)
Got the bar about an inch off the ground and it took all my force to just hold it there for a couple seconds, but it wouldn't go any higher. Frustrating. 360 felt @10. I think my limiting factor might be my grip, despite pulling mixed. I almost lost 360 on the way down. My hands are comparable in size to most of my 5'7" female coworkers. Hopefully the backoff doh work helps, but I should probably look into some grip trainers as well.

New 3rm. These were @10, but not nearly the toughest @10's ever.

New 5rm. 1st, 4th, and 5th sets @10. 2nd set @8.5, 3rd set @9. 5-6m rest periods until my son woke up right after the 4th set so there was a 25m rest. Almost opted out of it but I decided to try it, definitely wouldn't have if it was bench.

Old left hamstring injury sore from lots of leaf bagging yesterday...hopefully isn't an issue trying to set a squat 5rm tomorrow. Pounding a shit ton of food today.

Both fails hardly made it out of the hole. Only successful set today was RPE 10. Frustrating and demotivating. Need to figure something out for this stupid lift. Lower stress clearly was not the answer.

Was feeling alright until after the 6th sprint I got very lightheaded...took me like 10-15m to regain full consciousness. Being my sons safety is directed tied to me not blacking out, I opted out of the 7th sprint. Honestly, otherwise I may have went for it.
