216.2 not great sleep last couple nights son has been real sick and I came down with a bacterial infection sat evening and felt like death Sunday...got 2 antibacterial shots and feel significantly better today. As of yesterday I was brainstorming how to organize heavy week this week assuming I couldn't lift for a few days...but I gave it a shot and it paid off:

    Bench
    +2.5 207.5x2x3
8m rests between both sets. All 3 sets @10 but soft 10's; as in, there was a 2% chance I'd get another rep but the bar moved pretty decently. Very stoked to get these given how I was feeling yesterday. Guess force feeding as much as possible despite no appetite paid off.

    Dips
    9x3

    BB curls
    79x8, 69x10, 57.5x12.
Session went according to plan! Took 2 antibiotic pills this morning, hopefully my wife's school is on snow day again and I can sleep in and be ready to kill deadlifts!

219.0 - post dump too....really bad night of sleep, son still sick plus he figured out how to climb out of his crib

    Deadlift
    +10 335x2x3
Think these felt easier than 325, especially first set @7.5 I'd say. Might have had a shot at a fiver. Just 5m rests, 2nd and 3rd set hard to call bc I still suck at these straps, but other than funky grip the reps moved well.

    SLDL
    165x8, 155x10, 140x8
first set easy. Supposed to be 12 on last set, but just too many reps and way too much erector pump.

    Calf raises
    152.5x12x2, x15
My calves have a mind of their own and are clearly adapting faster than I'm loading them, so I had to add in a few extra reps to give them the pump they desire.,

217.6 - a little over 6 hrs sleep with I think 2 short wake ups

    Press
    +5 135x2x3
7m rests and 3 sets of legit @10's. I was planning a 2.5 lb jump the whole way but I got greedy at the last second and nearly paid for it. Just barely grinded these out. Really dumb considering my plate math's meant this was actually a 6 lb jump to 137.2. Hopefully 137.5 (139.7) goes smoother given a much maller jump.. This ties my 2rm.

    CGBP
    160x8, 150x10, 135x12
Around 3m rests I think. First set not too bad, 2nd set hard, and 3rd to failure.

    Airdyne
    8 x 20:100
Solid. This was a cpl hrs after lifting.

No weigh in....terrible night of sleep...son still sick plus he's transitioning to toddler crib. Hopefully he gets used to it quickly or I have some more rough nights ahead

    Chin-ups + Pull-ups
    29 + 24 (30m AMRAP)
+2 for chins and +0 for pull ups, but I'm getting a little more ROM on them so that's improvement.

Forgot to weigh in. Sleep awful all week, only 4 hours on Thursday night and up at 3am = no way I could squat yesterday. Best night in a looooong time last night, 8.5 hrs with like 3-4 wake ups.

    Squat
    +10 265x2x3
Did a single at 245 to determine a 5 or 10 lb jump and it flew so I went with +10 and it was definitely the right call. Just 5m rests between sets and I killed them. @7.5, 8.5, 8.5. Good bar speed. Filmed last 2 sets to make sure depth was good and knees out were good and both were spot on. Def another 10 lb jump next time.

    Front squat
    145x8x3

    Calf raise
    155x15x3

Way short on time no Airdyne.

No weigh in...2 hrs, maybe 3 tops in 1ish hour clips of sleep, with 2 of those coming on my sons floor...brutal. Kid needs to get used to his toddler bed and fast, and also needs to take a nap today!

    Bench
    +5 175x8x3
    8m rests, all @9.5.

    Dips
    10x2, 8
    3m rests

    No time for curls.

215.8 .... In bed for 6 hours, slept half of them tops. Total zombie mode

    Deadlift
    +10 265x8x3
7-8m rests, @7, 7, 7.5. First set mixed, next 2 straps. Getting adapted to 8's big time.

No time or energy for accessory. Probably better to leave some out anyway for recovery purposes until the kid starts sleeping in his toddler bed better. Hard to force myself onto the weights feeling like this, but I'm glad I did yesterday and today and had surprisingly successful sessions.

216.6 lb - another rough night, 3ish h of broken up sleep. We bought a suspension gate to put right outside of his bedroom, so we may have a few nights of crying but then hopefully he learns he's supposed to stay in his room until morning time.

    Press
    +2.5 107.5x7,xF. x8x2, x1
8th rep barely made it past my chin....99% sure I just didn't warm up enough, since I made the second 2 sets just fine; hard, but never much in doubt. Rested a min and made up the last rep...still gonna bump up 2.5 next go around.

    CGBP
    162.5x8, 152.5x10, 137.5x10, x2
Rested a min or less before making last 2 reps of last set.

    Airdyne
    11 x 10:50
98-99 rpm on all 11 sprints...gonna alt between these and 20:100's in the case I miss a HIIT session like I did on Saturday.

If I remembered to weigh I forget what I weighed. Had a chopped up 6-7 hours sleep but feel MUCH more rested than I have in like a week.

    Chin-ups + Pull-ups
    +1, +1 30 + 25
30m AMRAP. Pull-up ROM still improving. Especially on the earlier sets, almost getting the bottom of my chin to the bar. When I first started these, I was only getting my nose. Once I can clear my chin all the way over and I hit like 60 total reps, I'll probably start adding weight.

    Last few reps get ugly.

214.4 and another crumby night of sleep...has to catch up with me at some point doesn't it. I can't believe I'm now thru 8x3 week without missing a rep on the major lifts with the week and a half of hell I've had in regards to lack of sleep. I'm sure my weight being down has something to do with the sleep too since I've still been shoveling food just the same.

    Squat
    +10 220x8x3
Harddddd and tiring. Needed every bit of the 8m rests I took. Definitely was my last 10 jump on these. Not @10's but they definitely wrecked me, as you're about to see.

    Front squat
    150x8, x6,xF. 135x7
Felt absolutely wrecked just coming into these. First set was all heart (and a lot of breaths before the last few reps), 2nd set I was trying to will my way through and I couldn't even get a mm out the hole on the 7th, glued to the pins. Deloaded to try for 8 and didn't even attempt the last rep.

    Calf raises
    157.5x15x3

On the agenda for 5x3 next week is: 192.5 bench, 305 pull, 125 press, and 245 squat.
