214.6 , exhausted today, very close to napping instead of airdyning

Exhausted and legs were tired from all them squat reps yesterday, so I started out conservative 88ish rpm first 6 or so sprints and then 90-92 on the last few. Probably could have pushed harder early on as I still has some in the tank at the end, but not all sessions have to be 100% effort I suppose.

217.6 - decent night of sleep about 7 hrs with only 1 or 2 wake ups....working weds this week in addition to mon/tues so the next 3 nights of sleep will suck

6m rests, @6.5, 7, 7.5. Just killing it on deadlifts recently, have done 10 lb jumps every week for every rep range so far and will continue doing so until it gets hard.

New 5rm and I got it for sets across!!! 8m rests, @10, 10, 10. Hardest presses of my life, check out my 2nd set. I filmed it bc I felt myself using a little layback to finish the first set and wanted to make sure it wasn't excessive..

216.6 - another night of short sleep but now I'm off work for 4 nights, but traveling, so I hope to get some halfway decent sleep

-3, -7 from last week. A terrible showing - knew pretty much right away I didn't have it today. Since I'm full of excuses, I'm chalking this up to working late last night when I'm typically off on Wednesdays and can sleep decent.

Weighed in and I can't remember what it was. Also had a haircut appt set up for my son and forgot about that too, was completely surprised when my doorbell rang at 9am. Slept for 6 hrs straight, then woke up to pee and went in and out of sleep for the next couple hours.

8m rests, first 2 sets @10. Ran out of gas and only got 4th rep 3rd set maybe 4-6 inches out of the hole and couldn't budge it further. Should have taken the 5 lb jump. Oh well, I'll come back to this weight in 3 weeks and kill it!

217.0 - 4.5 hr sleep with a wake up
3 days off....was away for the weekend and didn't get back in time yesterday to lift before work, so I'm pushing everything back a day and squatting Saturday. Slept like crap 2 nights and great 1 night while away...

7m rests, @9.5, 9.5, 9. Misgrooved very first rep but still got the bar up with decent speed both reps. Last set was crazy strong, felt heavy but moved so well there's no I doubt I had another rep in me.
