    217.2 - another pretty decent night of sleep

    Squat
    +10 275x2x3
    8m rests, @9.5, 9.5, 10. Held form together, but they weren't fast like 265. Def down to 5 lb jumps from here. So far, 255 was hard, 265 flew, and 275 was hard. Maybe 280 will fly in 3 weeks!

    Front squat
    160x8, 145x8, 135x8
    160 close to failure...could push the backoff sets higher if I wasn't such a wimp. I feel like 3 and 5 rep sets might be fun, but high rep front squats are very uncomfortable. Maybe one day when I have a halfway decent LBBS I'll try to push some heavy front squats.

    You're right: after the 4th rep of your most recent P 5RM, I would not have bet that a 5th was possible. Nice grind.

    Thank you sir, it definitely felt like the bar stopped moving and I might miss it, but I just stuck with it and it decided to go that time. Hopefully plenty more PR's to come on this program.

    Significantly easier than 175. Could have definitely done a +5 in hindsight. Oh well, happens. @7.5, @8.5, @10. Subsequent sets only went that high on the RPE scale bc I kept rest periods to right around 5m due to how easy it was going.

    Dips
    12, 11, 8, 5
    +3 total reps from last time. 3m rests. Considering running a weighted dip LP now that I can do a set of 12.

    And the 8's just got real here on the pulls. Very tiring. Had a little in left in the tank on the first set for sure (mixed). Rested 8-9m and used straps for 2nd and 3rd sets...they weren't grinders or anything, but they were tough. In terms of bar speed, they may have been @8.5 and @9 respectively, but I got pretty lightheaded for a minute after the 3rd set. I think the +10 party may have finally run its course for deadlifts, for 8's anyway. We'll see how 5's and 2's decide to go this cycle..

    No chance in hell SLDL were happening.

    Really strange when sessions are good vs bad, there's no rhyme or reason. Bar was flying today. Much easier than 107.5. @8.5, @9, @10. 24th rep wasn't the worst grinder ever, mostly just real tired by that point, quad cramps, etc.

    May have another rep in me at 160 but didn't want to risk a fail and re-rack before the last set. Had that 12th rep at 137.5 halfway up and my triceps just gave out. Now that the opening set of 8 is basically at failure, I need to hold the backoff sets back to create a little bigger offset.

    216.6 - 7 hrs sleep with I think only 1 wake up maybe 2

    30m AMRAP. Matches last week. Meh. Still getting better ROM on pull-ups and even got chin all the way over the bar on a few reps.

    2nd straight week ran out of time for rows.

    Squat
    +5 225x8x3
    8m rests...1st set a little uncomfortable had belt a touch low and got a little pinch on each rep. 2nd set the best, pretty good bar speed, probably @8.5ish. 3rd set @9.75. Sat down and got real lightheaded, had to lay on the floor for a couple. Considering this was always my 5rm stall point for the longest time, it felt good getting the 2 plates for 8's with room in the tank. Still have a ways to go obviously, but it's about the winning the little battles with my archnemisis, The Squat..

    Front squat
    165x6, 145x8
    My left shoulder has been hurting a little bit for the last few days. Didn't feel it at all on LBBS, but did feel it here. Between that and being fried from that 3rd set of squats, I didn't have the willpower to push these any further today. I was resting for a third set, but thought it would be better not to push it and wreck my shoulder too badly before bench on Monday. I'll repeat these weights after 5's next week and see if I can get it for 8, 10, 12.

    5rm! @8.5, @9, @9. Third set just a little firmer @9 than 2nd set, but probably had a grinder in the tank.

    +3 reps from last week which is what I wanted. About 10m total.

    Just a 10-15s rack n rest before completing last 2 reps.

    @8, 8, 8.5. Felt great. So far, pulling after one of my short sleep nights has not mattered. 5 lb away from 5rm, but I plan on going +10 and blowing right through it.

    Pressed for time and rushed it. 3rd set quality was shit so I'll repeat this weight.
