Swapped a shift and worked last night so I slept 4ish hr (3 straight nights) instead of usual 8ish on a Weds. Now I'm off the next 4 nights so Sunday's session should be great!

Matches my 5rm! Misgrooved the fifth rep first set so it was @10. Next 2 sets were @9.5 and last 2 were @10 but not too bad of grinders.
