    Swapped a shift and worked last night so I slept 4ish hr (3 straight nights) instead of usual 8ish on a Weds. Now I'm off the next 4 nights so Sunday's session should be great!

    Matches my 5rm! Misgrooved the fifth rep first set so it was @10. Next 2 sets were @9.5 and last 2 were @10 but not too bad of grinders.

    Brutal. @9.5, @10, @10. Mixed, straps, straps.

    Dips
    +17.5 lbs x 10
    Only had time for 1 set so I AMRAP'd it. Should I count as 8x3 and go on up to +20?

    +5 from last squat doubles in Feb. Heavy but not grindy enough to prevent me from going for an extra rep on the last set and hitting it.

    202.5x5 PR, 235x1 PR, 202.5x4, 185x7
    Little bit of a mess around session before starting bench back on 8/5/2 next week. Main goal was to hit the 5rm which was an all out grind. Rested for a while and decided to try a PR single just to handle some heavy weights since I've been doing 5's for a while now and will be doing 8's then 5's the next 2 weeks. It was a little sticky off the chest but then was surprisingly smooth.

    3 trash nights of sleep in a row. But.....I'm moving to day shift next month after 5 years of nights!!! Sleep should become much closer to that of an average person.

    When in Jan? Since I'm going day shift my new fellow supervisor always goes to Disney for 2 weeks in Jan., and idk if we'll have the guy who's retiring replaced, licensed, and trained by then. Definitely one of these days though, especially when I get a chance to sleep better and hopefully not be embarrassingly weak anymore!

    5rm and I got it 5 times! Gonna try to grind out 2 more weeks of 5x5 then get this on 8/5/2 the next 8's cycle.

    +10 300x8x2, x1. 285x7
    First set mixed, everything else strapped. 16th rep was a tough lockout. Rested 10m and still felt fried. Knew after the first rep that the 3rd set wasn't happening, plus I had to burp really bad. Took a min to get belt reset, straps etc. and took 5% off the bar to make sure I got my volume. Barely set the last rep down and laid on the floor for 2-3m. 109 F today with the humidity made this session a little uncomfortable. I'll probably do a +5 in 3 weeks and go for sets across and hope it's not 109 degrees again.

    I'll get something finalized next week, but I'm thinking I'm going to try 5 day KSCPB starting week of July 23rd when I go day shift, and train at night around 8ish PM after the older boy goes to sleep.

    Thanks man, pleasantly surprised I'm actually making some modest gainzzz given my current circumstances, excited to see what I can doing going forward. Only 4 night shifts left!

    First set was super easy @7.5ish. Afraid I was a hair high, I took the next 2 sets a touch deeper and they felt @9.5.

    Got this weight for 1 set of 5 2 weeks ago. These were all @10 with the 3rd set being an especially epic grind. Hopefully this gets moving on a rotation and with some added assistance when I hopefully move to 5 day KSCPB here soon.
