+5 from last squat doubles in Feb. Heavy but not grindy enough to prevent me from going for an extra rep on the last set and hitting it.
Bench
202.5x5 PR, 235x1 PR, 202.5x4, 185x7
Little bit of a mess around session before starting bench back on 8/5/2 next week. Main goal was to hit the 5rm which was an all out grind. Rested for a while and decided to try a PR single just to handle some heavy weights since I've been doing 5's for a while now and will be doing 8's then 5's the next 2 weeks. It was a little sticky off the chest but then was surprisingly smooth.
