Couldn't get another 5rm. Felt froggy and went for a 5 lb PR but couldn't get a clean rep. Technique sucked on 110 too or I would have had 10. Gonna put this on KSC rotation next week starting at 140 doubles.
Deadlift

All of my deadlifts have been real hard for a while now. Had the advantage today of not having to lower the bar quietly. Hoping that moving to 1 barbell lift per day and doing these fresh coupled with a little better sleep lets these keep moving up.
Dips

Hello day shift. First time training at night in forever. Had such a busy day at work I didn't even get to drink my afternoon coffee. Start of 5 day KSC. May condense it to 4 + 1 HIIT day. We'll see.
Bench

+2.5 from my last bench double day in Feb. Happy to triple the last set and it wasn't an all out grind.
Dips

These felt harder after bench compared to after press like I had been doing them. Gonna do CGBP on press day.
BB curls

Holy bicep pump!!! These are the same weights and reps I last did in Feb., so I'm happy to see that my curls didn't de-train from not doing them for 5+ months.
Deadlift

This will normally be SLDL but I didn't want to go almost 2 weeks without squatting due to the program switch up.

Really uncomfortable. Maybe I need to suck it up. Maybe I'll do SGDL. Maybe I'll LBBS medium on deadlift day. Idk yet.
Lifted in the afternoon since we're heading out of town for the weekend. Son wouldnt nap so I just bagged it. 8's week next week; I believe 182.5 bench, 305 deadlift, 115ish press, and 245 squat.

Brutally brutal. May have lost count and only done 7 on last set but it was @10 so I couldn't do one for good measure. Probably gonna have to back down the weights on backoffs sets sooner than later. Andy says it's the one lift on this program that it's okay to do so.
I wanna do SLDL or maybe try to some paused squats as assistance on deadlift day but didn't have time tonight.
