211.0 ambw after a big dump
Started a little side hustle and worked latish fri, sat, sun so sleep sucked all weekend. Not quite as bad as went I actually worked night shift all those years, though.
Bench
+2.5 217.5x2x2, x3
A little harder than expected given I got 205x5 last week. Second set was the best, just barellllllllly grinded out the 3rd rep on set 3. Bar felt like it froze forever, had no clue which way it would go, thankfully it eventually went up.
Dips

First set mixed (grip almost gave out), second 2 strapped. Really really freaking hard.
Paused squat

Had to work a little but not overly challenging. May work up to 2 plates and then try adding reps?

Felt amazing, all sprints done between 95-97 rpm. Garage is easily well over 100 with the humidity...I believe my sweat is actually sweating its own sweat.

Didn't start lifting til 8:45pm, no way I was I was bringing the bar back up for calf raises.

So far my 5 mile rides have been: 20:18, 18:50, and 17:40. Still have another gear or 2 to go to before really pushing these.

First set mixed, hard, grip a little bit of an issue. Second set straps, soul crushing, no chance at third set so I did a small deload...lost count, small chance it may have been 7 reps but when I went down for the next one I got real lightheaded. Went to the bench, then the floor on my back for 15 min. Still a little out of it as I'm typing this. Next 8's week I'm gonna bang out 315 them backoffs.

We have a Mexican chicken crockpot going and I am going to destroy insane amounts of it in a few hours.
