Single was heavy and slowish, but clean. Only 9 lbs shy of PR, I'll take it. Backoffs were @9.5.
Bench
240x1, 215x3, 192.5x7
Just 2.5lb shy of PR and it wasn't the worst grinder ever at all.

Best Airdyne session I've had in probably a month. Almost all 94-95 rpm sprints.

Took me 2 tries to get 145. 150 wasn't even close. Press has really been slumping since that random week 150 flew and I went on to hit 154. Probably not enough frequency doing it just once a week. Is what it is right now.

Congrats on the DL PR! Moved pretty smooth! As for the Press, just keep pressing, it’ll eventually start going back up.

Way too late and tired by the time I could lift last night so I moved it to this morning. Hopefully I'm recovered if I lift again Thurs night.

275 felt like air so I was thinking I'd go up and try 340 for a PR but 315 was way harder than expected, so I opted to stop there and get quality backoff work in.

245x1 PR, 220x3, 195x6
+2.5 PR! As grindy as it gets. 220 is a 3rm also.

Around 5h sleep I think and up since 4am, training @8pm. Older son spiked a 102.3 fever right before bed.

Cool that 150 finally went up again, and after being very heavy off the shoulders the rep moved very well.

Wanted a triple. It barely went up, tried a second rep anyway but it barely budged. Backoff was even very hard. Disappointing.
