Didn't even attempt a 5th. Youngest son sleeps in his crib now, which is almost directly above the garage, so I have to set the bar down so quietly which kills me. I'm thinking maybe I should just work up to a heavy single and do easier backoff sets to accumulate volume.

Slowly getting it back a little....basically everything right at 90rpm. Last time my 7th sprint was weak. Got a better one this time and forced myself to do half of an eighth sprint.

Significantly harder than 250. @8.5,@8.5,@9. Supposed to be deadlift day but I'm going to move deadlift to Tuesday's and do it while kids are at school so I don't have to worry about setting the bar down so lightly while they're sleeping.

Didn't think 120 was hard enough to micro micro load yet. I'll probably repeat this and then try to go up by 1 and 1 1/2 lb increments. Main focus right now anyway is conditioning for bball and I'm not planning on gaining any weight until at least the season is over.
Had a later than usual start tonight, and pretty darn tired. Sleep has been poor for the last 6 weeks or so since moving youngest back to his crib. Usually up once or twice to settle him down, and sometimes once or twice with the toddler, and I'm rarely even in bed 8 hours to begin with. Usually closer to 6-7 hours and then the wake ups. Just not enough hours in the day for 2 working parents and 2 young children!

Working a higher intensity with shorter rest which simulates bball a little more. Came out of the gate too fast hitting 99 rpm for the first bunch then gradually slowing down to 96 rpm..

Maybe just slightly easier than 192.5 but very doubtful there were any reps in the tank. A little helpful doing this as first lift of the day as opposed to after squats.

Got it after only getting 4 last time. Moved pretty well too. Big difference being able to get the bar down quickly.
