    As great as Sunday's session felt, hard to believe I could barely labor through these at 90-92 rpm. Did not have it today at all.

    Pretty sick all week didn't lift or Airdyne tues/weds

    Feeling a bit better today but not 100% and it showed in the lifts

    Went up 5 lb but wanted to keep the volume low since I've been pretty nauseous...these were @10 anyway.

    Went up 2.5 lb but couldn't manage triples.

    So I felt like shit after the last session and when I woke up on Saturday. Went to the clinic and got meds for upper respiratory infection and viral infection. Feeling probably 90-95% better by now.

    5,5,5 w/ +35 lbs


    First bball game 2 weeks from tomorrow, which means I only have 4 Airdyne sessions to get my conditioning back up after missing my last 3 or 4 Airdynes from illness.

    Very pleasantly surprised with how this went given that it's been 2 weeks since I've done HIIT and I still don't feel quite 100%.

    After that HIIT session, I went and got about 150 jumpers up, then got a terribly sore throat that night (Weds) and diagnosed with strep the next day (Thurs.). Feeling a bit better today, so I trained.

    Form felt slightly off. Third set 4th rep I went too deep and couldn't recover. This was all very hard.

    Went +2.5 lb on first 2 sets and +1 rep on last set. Triple's actual weight was 210.5 which is right around current BW so that's pretty cool I guess.

    Deadlift
    355x3, 315x8
    +5 on triple and +3 reps on backoff. Conditioningggggggg

    Dips
    5,5,5 w/ +40 lb
    +5 lb.
