We play the defending champs this Thursday, and hopefully for the first time this season have not only a sub from tip off, but multiple subs. I can play a lot harder knowing I don't have to pace myself for the full 30 min, especially with my conditioning being shit right now.

Ended up having a pretty viscous sinus infection. Didn't do any training since that mediumish session 11 days ago. 7 day antibiotic and i feel about 90% better. Even played about half of my bball game last night. Season is not going well, but that's another story for another day...

I need to get it back quickly because we have 4 games remaining and pretty much need to win them all to make the playoffs...

First time doing this split, trying to simulate a bball game a little more and see if it helps. Sprints 85-87 rpm rest periods 42-44 rpm. Felt good all things considered.

Last benched 2 weeks ago and pulled 3 weeks ago, both medium workload. Feeling probably 95% better from illness.
