    10 days between sessions due to vacation. Left shoulder still fucked so no benching. Feels fine on low bar squat and press, felt a little on chins

    Didn't sleep a lot all weekend, could barely stay awake thru session, bar felt extra heavy

    Not really sure what happened on the first set, as the 4th rep moved well.

    Left shoulder on fire at the top of the rep, but gets better each rep as the set goes on, then burns for a minute or so after the set before settling down. I'm wondering if this is tendinitis and if pin firing the shoulder could work like it does for elbow ??
