    Wasn't able to get on the weights til 8:30 last night so pushed it to this afternoon instead. Way too tired for that last night.

    Squat
    290x4, 275x5x2
    Was really motivated to keep the 5rm's going thru 300, but I just couldn't quite find the groove today. Just barely grinded out the 4th. Backoff sets were a grind too, especially the last rep of last set which was probably pretty ugly. Gonna go up to 295x3 and try to run triples at least thru 3 plates, but in the back of my mind hoping for 335 which is my current 1rm.

    No shoulder pain. Only getting like one or 2 sudden jolts of pain in the left shoulder per day now. Feeling much better than it was.

    Hard. Obviously not recovered from Tuesday's heavy squats. Given a 1 day rest instead of the usual 2-3 I'm adapted to, and the fact I've pulled a bunch of heavy singles for weeks straight, decided to take a week off from pulling and squat medium instead. Also helpful to get the groove back after being slightly out of it on Tues.
