    Afternoon sessions are so nice instead of night time. Didnt sleep nearly enough last 3 nights so I was worried.

    3rm. Took the backoffs down a little to get in an extra set (thanks Tooch). 3rm was @10, backoffs felt great

    Yes! That training session we had that started around 9pm was one of the worst sessions I've ever had.
