Man, was planning a triple and may have gotten it. For sure had one more rep, first just felt heavy enough that I made a split second decision to move to singles. Was trying to implement 4 form tweaks at once and struggled to get 100% mental confidence before the set. Backoffs moved but crushed me.

Lol this was supposed to be 8 triples. I think a summer of training in a brutally hot and humid garage has just beaten me the hell down. Not sleeping nearly enough all summer doesn't help either. I've been starting to feel like I needed a deload week soon.
