Up at 4am on 4 1/2 hrs sleep. Out in scorching sun for 3 hours. 8:45pm start time and had to lower bar slowly. Talked myself into lifting for only 1 set instead of 8x3 + paused squats, but I somehow grinded out a 2nd set.
