    On Tuesday I moved and raked 4 tons of pea gravel solo with a shovel and wheelbarrow. Think I would have rather been pecked by a woodpecker than do the 8x3 deadlifts I was scheduled to do.

    Conditioning issue, not strength. Lots of trouble breathing on first 2 sets. Missed 8's last cycle from being sick. Missed 8's pulls this week. Still tired from moving 4 tons of pea gravel. Late start, 9pm (up at 6am), exhausted and almost falling asleep. Think that's enough excuses.
