    Getting vascetomy on Tues, going to be taking a little time off. Anyone have experience getting one that can share their recovery and transition back to lifting??

    Recovery taking a little longer than expected but I'm getting there. Did some airdyne work tonight and felt fine.

    First time pulling in 3 weeks, so I'm happy to get all my reps at a +5 from last 8's cycle. Came extremely close to blacking out after set #2 so I skipped the 2nd backoff set.
