    I slept bad last night and was managing a severe neck strain with ibuprofen all day. Felt fine through warmups, then strained the shit out of it grinding the 5th rep. Contemplated grinding through my last 2 sets but 0 chance that was possible

    Tried to see if I could do chins and couldn't even get my hands high enough to reach the bar. Can barely walk or lift my head up right now without significant pain.

    Will try some chins tomorrow if it's any better

    Neck strain still shitty. This is my 3rd day of ibuprofen 4 x 800mg. Hopefully ready for bench tomorrow.
