Going out of town for holiday, so goal was to hit a set of 8 on squat and pull. Wasn't happening. Stupid sinus infection

Failed reps on 1st and 3rd sets. 2nd set was the only one I got my reps and breathing clean. Still a little congested and had some painful swollen throat glands that made getting tight and breathing a little uncomfortable

Supposed to be 8x3. Failed 6th attempts on first and third sets. Squat training has been virtually nonexistent lately so this shouldn't be that surprising.
