Was away for a long weekend up to a NYE wedding, so combining some work and cutting asistance due to late start to the training week. Late night last night, 4 hour car ride home.

Top set supposed to be 5. Pulled everything beltless because I got way too fat over the weekend and couldn't get into position at the bottom with a belt on. Deadlifted at night with kid sleeping above garage, so had to put bar down gently. Not upset with triple due to these factors
