    I was worried doing lower body on 2 days rest instead of normal 3-4, but turned out fine.

    Squat

    Felt pretty good. Video looked solid and moved ok.

    Deadlift
    325x5
    Felt heavy, last rep very hard but video showed it moving pretty well
