    290 was supposed to be a triple and the 2nd rep ended up on the safeties. 2nd backoff set, the 2nd rep hit the safety on the way down and I couldn't recover. Squats felt bad today.

    Working 12+ hour days this summer with the last 4+ hours in the heat is certainly not helping anything

    Clearly wasn't going to keep that training pace going for long so coach has agreed to slow things down for me until the fall when I have a little more time and energy and less 110 degree heat indexes to deal with
