    Good news - set a new PR and it's my first unofficial 200 lb press (total weight on the bar per the scale was 200.5 lb since the 45's and 25's are heavier than advertised).
    Bad news - that's like 3-4 weeks in a row where I can't quite find the groove on my heavy single day and end up with a bunch of failed reps

    Didn't think I had a 5th rep in the tank so I didn't even attempt to pull it. Looking at the video the 4th moved faster than it felt so I now I feel like a bitch for not going for the 5RM.
