    Press (I)
    +1.5 139x5x1
2-3m rest...reps were 9.5ish until an @10 3rd...closer to the 3m rest before last 2 reps and they moved better. Heavy 45s so the actual weight was 141.2 making this my first time cracking the 140 barrier!.

    Bench (V)
    +2.5 182.5x5x5
    4-5m rest...first 3 sets @8-8.5, last 2 @9-9.5.

    Chins
    5x5
Due to time and energy, I think I need to chill a little on trying to get my total reps up (was getting close to 40) and just maintain 25-30 reps bw and 10-15 weighted as my bw hopefully starts going up again (really need to get my bw going up again to 215-220 range to get all lifts moving again, I think).

    211.0

    Squat (M)
    265x2,xF. 265x2x2
Hit this weight for 2 triples last week, so some more regression. 3rd rep didn't even move out an inch out of the hole. 2nd set rpe 10, 3rd set moved the best and felt @9. I don't even think I need another heavy day to tell me this lower stress experiment has failed. My new thoughts are 4 sets on heavy day instead of 3...something like:
    Week 1: 5rm + 3x5 backoff
    Week 2: 3rm + 3x5 backoff
    Week 3: 1rm + 3x5 backoff
Keeping backoff weight consistent for all 3 weeks and upping it each "cycle". Thoughts?.

    Deadlift
    +5 320x5, 275x5, 240x5 (beltless and DOH)
    320 ties my 5rm and was @10.

    210.4

    Bench (I)
    +2.5 205x3
6-7s grind on the 3rd rep...ties my 1rm but I'm 10 lb heavier now. Son woke up and I didn't get back into garage for 35m so no way I was trying a second set.

    Press (V)
    +1 122.5x4, x5, x4, x5, x4
Each set of 4 included a failed 5th attempt. 1st set I misgrooved out in front, 3rd set I didn't rest long enough, 5th set I just didn't have enough in the tank. The 2 successful sets are 5rms and actually moved pretty decently. Need to repeat this weight for sure.

    Chins
    5x2 w/ +25 lbs
Had to get these done fairly quickly (under 15m) as I was out of time.

210.6 keep thinking I'm gonna wake up 1 of these days at be 215 with the amounts I'm consuming

    Squat (H)
    255x3, 245x5, 225x2x5
This lift has me so flustered that I couldn't even successfully deload and start my new programming. The 3rd rep was very hard, and I gave up on the 4th on the descent and just lowered it to the safeties. Not even a legit fail. Idk if it felt off or I just pansied out. 245 was @9.5. First 225 set was @6 and second was @7.5. I'll use the 245 as my 5, go for 265x3 next week, and 285x1 the following, keeping backoffs consistent through the cycle. Then I'll up everything 5 lb and try it again and pray that it works.

Are you squatting 3x week? I'll tell you what, for me at least, doing 2x a week (Mon and Fri) this go around I really think was the deal breaker for me.

Deal breaker as in not enough or it's working for you? I only squat twice per week Tues and Fri. Felt like I wasn't recovering so I tried lower intensity (backoffs instead of sets across) since that seemed to work well for you, but now that I'm back near my stall weights I'm actually regressing a little, so I'm going to try a higher volume approach with an added set (rep range rotation 5/3/1 for top set with 3x5 Backoff), so 4 total sets instead of 3. Just trying to find that magical balance I guess.

You're younger and stronger than me, but I do know the frustration of SQ stalls. I saw your other thread about an SSC. Does the soon to come SSC online coaching appeal to you? Not sure what pricing is, or if they can do a one-time session. Live coaching is always the first choice if at all possible.

Agreed...my squat looks fine on video, but I'm sure there's some minor tweaks that could be made live by a competent coach that might make a difference. The SSOC is going to be 199/month or 179/month for first 500 customers for anyone interested...but the first month is an extra $100 and there's a 3 month minimum commitment.

Spent the morning at my wife's HS girls basketball practice, mostly babysitting all the coach's kids. Picked up a ball during a break real quick and nailed my first two 3 pointers . It made me so hungry to play again...I can't wait until Spring league!

Took it a little easier to make sure I didn't have a repeat of last week. Was sprinting around 90 rpm until the 4th I accidentally hit 93-94 which made the last 3 sprints pretty tough to grind through. Felt pretty good though.

I mean that (2x week squats) made it work for me, was able to not stall. Also had some pretty steady weight gain for a while though, so maybe the real key ingredient is the new fat sitting around my belly. Damn, 200/month for online coaching...that's a pretty penny.
