    Good session tonight, even thought I got off to a very late start (after 8:30pm), I found myself willing to grind again.

    Squat
    325x1 PR, 290x2, 260x5
    Actual weight with plates used was 328.6 lb...intense grind, bar may have stopped at some point, +6.4 lb PR. Think I left a rep in the tank on each backoff.

    Bench
    235x1, 210x3, 185x7
    That ties my PR, but I'm a few lb lighter now, and it actually moved fairly smoothly.

    Took me 2 tries to get 145, the good rep was a little grindy but moved ok I suppose.

    Much better than last week anyway. 75 might not have been a 1rm today but it was really hard. Left a rep in the tank on each backoff.

    All last reps of sets were hard but no real grinds. Wanted to save a little juice for a bench PR.

    237.5x1 PR, 215x3, 190x7
    +2.5 PR! Heavy but didn't even have to grind it!

    150x1 PR, 154x1 PR, 137.5x3, 122.5x6
    So I have no clue where this came from. My PR was 145 and I've probably failed 147.5 close to a dozen times. 140 felt good so I said fuck it and went right for 150...and it FLEW like a damn warmup. Had to go for more at that point and 154 was really grindy but finally went up. Been so long since I've had a press PR that this felt amazing.

    Deadlift
    385x1, 345x4, 305x7
    Straps on 305. Hard shit.

    Dips
    +45x5x3, BWx9
    Did the bw as a quick burnout with no rest other than getting the belt undone and plate re-racked.

    150kg in the bag!! Not sure where these 2 recent squat PRs came from but I'll take it! I think my depth was good and form was solid for a 1rm.

    Back to back bench PR's!! Another +2.5! Grinder than last weeks but never really in doubt.
