Good session tonight, even thought I got off to a very late start (after 8:30pm), I found myself willing to grind again.
Squat
325x1 PR, 290x2, 260x5
Actual weight with plates used was 328.6 lb...intense grind, bar may have stopped at some point, +6.4 lb PR. Think I left a rep in the tank on each backoff.
Bench
235x1, 210x3, 185x7
That ties my PR, but I'm a few lb lighter now, and it actually moved fairly smoothly.
