4 hrs sleep, up since 2:30am...started feeling sick in the evening, like the rest of the house. Debated not training, but not really.

    Press
    150x1, 154xF, 135x4, 120x7
135, 40, and 45 were all fast. 50 was grindy but I got out of position and still made it, so I figured I'd try to match my PR at 54 which would have been really cool given the conditions, but I never really got a good confident setup and didn't get it past my forehead.

    Deadlift
    375x2, 335x5
Debated what to do for a top workset after 345 flew. Would have been thrilled with a 3rm , but the double is 1 more rep than last week at this weight.

Everyone in the house taking turns getting sick/all sick at once. On the back end of a nasty sinus infection myself but needed to finally get some work in. Haven't touched a weight in a week and a half.

    Squat
    250x5x3
Moved pretty well. Felt good considering I haven't squatted in 2 weeks.

    Bench
    200x5x5
Hard but moving decently until the 25th rep which I barely grinded out. Gotta be a 5x5 PR I think.

    Airdyne
    5 x 20:100
Actually felt really good, didn't want to push my luck and also didn't want to work up a crazy sweat since its already late and I just want to get to bed.

Still can't get rid of this cough going on 3 weeks now.

    Squat
    325x1, 292.5x3, 260x5
really freaking hard but it's been a little while since I've done a heavy single so I'll take it. Middle set was another good grind and I left at least a rep in the tank on the last set bc I was just shot.

    Bench
    240x1, 215x3, 190x7
    Barely grinded it out.

And the never ending saga continues. Bye bye sinus infection, hello bronchitis.

Got to bed late, Older son woke up at 3am with a high fever and it took me an hour to get him comfortable and back to bed. Between that and my hacking, not much sleep.

Gainzzz are in my distant future....1 day. For now, just doing what I can.

    Press
    150x1, 135x3, 120x7
Just barely grinded out the single.

    Deadlift
    365x1
Moved okay, just feeling like shit and not wanting to overdo it.

Still bronchitising. 9 month old has had his tubes in for a week and a half now and is finally healthy, but we're transitioning him back to his crib so we're exhausted. Not much sleep last few nights. So tempted to go to sleep instead of train but I wanted to get a little work in.

Keep pushing man! Getting something in is better than nothing. Steve Hill once told me “that tired =weak, learn to push through tired “.
