Sinus infection that started 6 weeks ago and turned to bronchitis turned to pneumonia 1 week ago. Finally starting to feel a little better today. Hopefully some lifting next week!

Haven't really "trained" in over a month and a half and haven't touched a weight in 16 days. Finally feeling better.

Weighed out of last nights session at 210.0. Last 8 sprint airdyne session was 11/8 then I didn't airdyne for 13 days until 11/21 and it was only 5 sprints because I was feeling like crap. 5 weeks later....

Feels great to move some weight around again, easing back into it a little so I don't kill myself too bad. Just gonna see if I can't trend my weights upward a mini twice a week LP (each lift once) here for the moment. All I have time for, if I can even keep up with that.

~90 RPM's. Conditioning sucks right now. After not playing in the bball league last year due to son just being born, I'm going to return this year, but thankfully I have 9 weeks to get my ass in gear. Gonna try to hit the airdyne twice per week til then.

Weighed out last night at 209.2.
Airdyne

After how hard the 4th was I figurd I was done after 5 but YOLO. Mostly at 89 rpm, highest I even touched at all was 91. Intensity isn't at all where it needs to be, but only 3rd airdyne session back, and I'm thinking/hoping the air warming up a bit this week will help. Bball starts March 14 so still 2 months to get my conditioning up.
