4 hours sleep...hit the wall and wanted to crash but lifted anyway.

May have had 5 if I didn't have a 10 min interruption after last warm up. Should have deloaded for a warmup rep or 2 but didn't. I'll crush it next week.

Forgot to belt up for last 2 warmup singles so decided to just try the heavy single beltless. Very hard, barely went up. Son was up from nap before backoff set so I could lower the weights fast which obviously makes a huge difference and allowed me to get an extra rep easily, without a belt too.

1.5 lb jump since my big plates are heavier than advertised. Now my next jump will be +2.2 instead of +3.7. Actual weight here was 135.2; so big plates in a commercial gym! Grindy and some layback on third reps, not sure how bad.
