    All straps. Chose to split the 3rd set up again. Better option than death.

    Unless I get much better adapted to 8's, paused squats will only be happening on 5's and 2's week.

    Idk if it was the cold last night or eating way too much Thanksgiving food or the 8x3 deadlifts the day before but I couldn't even do a damn chin-up and was way too full/tired to attempt my airdyne HIIT.
