Switching squats to V/I split in which intensity day on Monday will be +5 (275) for a triple and 90% of that for 3 sets of 4. Volume day starting at 80% of triple for 4 sets of 5. Only needed a few min rest between these sets.

Sleep was bad all weekend but managed a solid session.
