    Missed last night's session so I combined it into today, leaving out dips and volume squats due to time constraints. Had to tend to an emergency and didn't get home til after midnight and didn't sleep much after that.

    147.5x1x2 I missed a rep between the 2 successful singles while tinkering with form.
    127.5x4x3 moved pretty well, especially last set.

    190x5x3 moved pretty well.

    Deadlift
    385x1 moved pretty well
    340x5 moved pretty well. belt and straps for both sets
