    Failed 3rd rep on top set a couple inches out of the hole. Was happy I was able to get myself together to grind thru the backoff work.

    That ends my shortened training week. Back to normal 4 day split next week.

    Was supposed to be 3 and 5 reps - failed both last attempts. I'm thinking deadlifting heavy thurs last week instead of tues was a factor in lack of recovery, and sleeping less than 6 hours the last few nights.
