    Top set was moving ok. Definitely had a 5th rep in me but let it get too far forward right off the floor and couldn't recover it.

    Single fails were grooved fine, just stalled at the forehead and didn't have the strength to make them go. I wonder if deadlifting Saturday instead of Friday had an effect. Think I lost a little focus on the backoffs which were supposed to be 3 triples.

    Pressed first today since I'm gearing up for a press PR hopefully. Misgrooved the 4th rep of the 2nd set badly at the bottom

    Short rest, maybe 2-3 mins. Felt great, reps flew.

    Press starts + strict press (superset)
    174x1 + 120x6 for 3 sets
    First time doing overloaded press starts. Moved them a couple inches each out of the bottom but not quite high enough to grind on.

    Starting to get the groove back a bit on these.

    Singles were all around @9.5. Was going for triples on backoffs but 1st set 3rd rep stalled around forehead, didn't attempt 3rd on 2nd set, and last set barely moved out of the bottom.
