Missed last week's 2nd session with a stomach bug that's taken longer than usual to recover from. I'm probably @~95% but had a solid session today.

Did this session a day early and definitely was not fully recovered from a fairly tough Monday session compared to what I'm used to right now.

Worked through quite a bit of left groin pain that got better throughout the squat session. Hope to do these weekly and finally get a little momentum to get back into respectable weights.

Mayyyyyybe could have had the triple at 230 but it was late and I didn't feel like stripping the weights and re-racking if I failed so I pussied out. Attempted a 9th rep at 190 but fatigued out after grinding it about halfway up.
