    Ambw 217.6 lb - lowest I've been in a while. Appetite has been noticeably down with less training but I've been trying to eat as much as possible. Have definitely lost some muscle mass.

    Body usually recovers a bit in the summer when i take my lifting volume way down, but this summer it's more beat up than ever with random pains everywhere.

    Just got back from an active vacation tonight. Lots of travel in th car, did some yardwork in the brutal heat. Exhausted, but wanted to get something in so I don't go a week and a half without lifting.
