    First set FLEW. Don't think I rested enough before 2nd set, plus I misgrooved it a little and it was grindy. Rested a full 5 minutes before 3rd set and it was a little better but still challenging. Considering this was a rep PR I may knock it down to +2.5 lb's, especially considering the 5's and 8's on bench have been grinds.

    I benched in the afternoon yesterday to give myself about 23 hours of recovery time before heavy pulls instead of the usual ~14 hours to see if it would make any difference.

    370 flew so I went up for the next set. A little harder but still moved well so I went up for the last set. Got redemption at the weight I've been failing so that was nice. I'll go for a 385 double in 3 weeks.
